Joanne M. Schaffer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne M. Schaffer (Sandusky, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael F. McFadden and Pauline F. McFadden (Boose); her husband James Schaffer; her brother James; her sister-in-law Dorothy McFadden; her siblings, John McFadden and Margaret Stanley; and her siblings-in-law, Brian Schaffer, Clarence Schaffer, Bob Spettel, Richard Osborne and Marlene Schaffer.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Schaffer, Karen Brumby (Bud) and Martin Schaffer (Holly); her grandson Thomas Schaffer; her siblings, Maureen Spettel, Pauline Schaffer, Rita McFadden, Kathleen Osborne, Neil McFadden (Joann) of Norwalk and Mike McFadden (Sue) of Norwalk; and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Schaffer of Chicago, Cindy Mc Fadden of Norwalk and David Stanley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
