She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Taylor and Rose Mary Taylor (Weedman). She is survived by: her husband Sylvester "Frank" Proctor; her daughter Shannon Darlene Utter (Derrick Jones); her grandsons, Joshua Schieber and Chad Utter; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Breeayanna, Aliviah, Serenity, Aryiah, Kennadee, Braxton and Ezekiel; and her siblings, Debbie, Diane, Becky, Vicki, Larry, Lonnie and Denny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
