He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lee Miller and George W. Miller; his wife Tina Miller; and his siblings, Georgia Chandler (Roosevelt), Brenda Jones, Glenn Miller, Michael Miller and Alvin Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Robinson, Laurie Miller, Melissa Moss and Evelyn Wilson; his grandchildren, Carter, Justin Jr., Jamarr, Mila, Ethan and Harper; and his siblings, Dora Childress, Mary DeVese, Linda Zimmerman (Ralph), Catherine Miller and Asa Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
