Houlett (Sandusky, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Houlett and Rose Houlett; her daughter Tamera Rapp; and her granddaughter Kristyn Rapp. She is survived by: her sons, Frank and Mark Rapp; her brothers, William Jr. and Gary Houlett; and her siblings' children, Kim Ruffing and William. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
