She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fiore and Josephine Marie Manganiello (Schillaci); her husband Thomas L. Sample; her daughter Marilyn Ann Turner; her son-in-law Gregory Turner; and her brothers, Henry "Hank" and Thomas Manganiello.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Tom" Sample (Candace) of Sandusky, JoEllen Michel (Larry) of Huron, Kathleen Mulvin (Michael) of Sandusky, Jeanne Melillo (Matthew) of Wichita and Diane Kluding (Ted) of Norwalk. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; and her numerous nieces and nephews.
