He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Shinski and Mary Shinski (Vacca); and his siblings, Willamena Frausto and Virginia Michel. He is survived by: his wife Diana Shinski (Payne); his daughters, Jessica, Meka Shinski and Misty Michele Gaines; and his siblings, Joe Haybereger and Marie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
