He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lippert and Ruby Lippert (Abel); his former wife Lois Snyder; his brothers, William and John Lippert; and his grandson Christopher Michael Keech.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lippert; his children, Paul Keech (Julie), Mark Keech (Pamela), David Keech (Kathy), Diane Fortin, Sharon Dickman (Russell), James Brengartner (Kay) and Steve Brengartner (Shelley); and his sister Carolyn Bliss. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
