She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Phillips and Jessie Clifton (Cordle); and her brothers, Bill and Larry Clifton. She is survived by: her children, April Ring (Joe), Adam Phillips, Melissa Alvarez, Michael Hoover and Cheyenne Hoover; her siblings, Linda Herrmann and Jerry Clifton; and her nieces, Carol Matheny, Amanda Dillery and Kandy Pedoli. She is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
