She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Perry and Florence Perry (Schasky); her husband John; her children, Terry Fitzthum (Gail), David Fitzthum and Diana Knoll (Ron); her sons-in-law, Herman DiClaudio and Jim Durrett; and her siblings, William Perry, Jean Rohrbacher and Clara Burrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anna "Cookie" Durrett and Beverly DiClaudio; her grandchildren, Jason Strickler, John Jones, Tobias Fitzthum, Miranda Willis, Rachel Johnson (Anthony), Joshua Fitzthum, Lee Fitzthum (Erin) and Alex Fitzthum (Dayzi); and her daughter-in-law Deirdra Fitzthum. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
