He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bretz and Marjorie Bretz (Olds); his wife Delma J. Bretz (Glover); his parents-in-law, Irene and Willie Glover; his sisters, Bonnie Rogers, Lois Simpson and Joyce Christian Faulhaber; and his brothers-in-law, William Glover, Wendell "Wink" Glover, Danny Glover, Siter and Gleenda Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Zorn (David) and Allan Bretz (Yvonne) of Henderson, NV; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Glover of Arkansas, Vicki Glover of Arkansas and Pat Donaldson (Darrell) of Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene Children's Camping Program, 1617 Milan Rd., Sandusky or to The Humane Society of Erie County, 1911 Superior St., Sandusky or to Stein Hospice Care Center, 1912 Hayes Ave., Sandusky.
