She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry L Kollat and Patricia Kollat (Dickey); her spouse Gaudencio Lopez; and her siblings, Evelyn Kollat and Larry A. Kollat.
She is survived by: her children, Michel Munguia of Fremont, OH, Daniel Munguia (Shannon) of Fremont, OH, Jose Lopez of Sandusky, OH, Louis Lopez (Tabitha) of Sandusky, OH, Andrew Lopez (Brianna) of Fremont, OH, Aaron Lopez (Courtney) of Sandusky, OH, Fabian Lopez of Bellevue, OH and Kathleena Jones (Kyle) of Sandusky, OH; and her sisters, Teresa Belcher of Fremont, OH, Laura Kollat of Fremont, OH and Julie Arnold (Steve) of Green Springs, OH. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
