He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Sr. Bretz and Louise B. Laramie Bretz; and his brother-in-law Gary Hoch. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Bretz (Andres); his daughter Jennifer L. Bretz Frazier (Johnny); his grandchildren, Tyler S. Hubbard, Alexis L. Mills (Shawn), Robert E. Hubbard (Victoria) and Emily L. Carter (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Spencer, Mindy, Cameron Mills and Ryder Hubbard; his siblings, Marie L. Hoch, Randy E. Bretz (Lesley) of Sandusky and Timothy A. Bretz (Karen) of Port Clinton; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Andres (Donna) and Jody Notley (Kristian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
