She is survived by: her parents, Autumn Thomas and Timothy Koehler; her children, Malahki Flagg and Mariella Flagg; her stepfather Scott Whaley; her grandparents, Roy Thomas and Audrey Sowards; and her siblings, Corey Chandler (Brooke), Courtney Koehler (Joseph Hull) and Savannah Koehler (Adbullah Baawad). She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
