He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Raymond and Mary Luella Mills (Duffey); and his granddaughter Nicole Lynn Rose. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mills (Burr); his children, Kevin Mills (Theresa) and Kimberly Moore (Thomas); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob), Raven, Hayleigh and Kevin Jr.; his great grandchild Rosalynn; and his sister AnnSherry Murphy (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky Chapel (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870).
