She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Vaith and Beverly Vaith (Sherman). She is survived by: her children, Melinda Carpenter (Stephen) of Sevierville, TN, Allison Schmidt (James) of Sandusky, Natalie Wilken-Paulino of Sevierville, TN and Matthew Wilken (Heather) of Sandusky; her brother Gregory Vaith (Barbara) of Berlin Heights; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor, Lauren, Cameron, Alex, Amber, Annabelle, Anthony and Trenton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (429 Central Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870).
