He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Planck Sr. and Pam Planck (Burbage); and his siblings, Lenny Planck and Paula Burbage. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Planck of Sardinia; his sons, Jordan Planck of Russellville and Jacob Planck (Madison Barger) of Sardinia; and his grandchildren, Hallie and Cohen Planck. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meeker Funeral Home (308 N Columbus St, Russellville, OH 45168).
