He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stamper and Beulah Stamper (Atwood); and his wife Janice Stamper. He is survived by: his children, David Stamper of Walton, Kentucky, Scott Stamper of Batavia, Elizabeth Roselli (Richard) of Williamsburg, Ohio and Dan Stamper of Indiana; and his sister Sherry Ladd (David) of Dayton. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
