Cassidy of Sardinia, Ohio, born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keith and Dorothy Mae Cassidy (Tennant); his son Tyler Cassidy; and his sister Patricia Kay Lee. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Cassidy (Walden); his children, Deborah Smith of Sardinia, John R. Smith, Jr. (Lorry) of Williamsburg, Leslie Staats (Kurt) of Maryland, Katheryn Shannon (Kevin) of Oklahoma, Tracey Clere (Michael) of Oklahoma and Jay Cassidy (Moriah) of Colorado; his brother-in-law Bruce Lee of Texas; and his cousins, Robert Cassidy of California, Susan Cassidy of Oregon, Coleen Cassidy of California and Kathy Tate of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
