With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Juanita V. Stone of Sardinia, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Elkin, Jr. and Estella Elkin (Wells); her husband Ernest C. Stone, Jr.; her daughter Deborah Martin; and her siblings, James Elkin and Marie Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie A. Wright (Danny) of Batavia, Karen Spurlock of Sardinia, Ohio and Darrell Stone of Sardinia, Ohio; her son-in-law Jerry Martin of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Kieth Wright (Tracy), Jennifer Schmidt (John), Stephanie Hopkins (Jeff), Stacey Neal (Cecil), Shellie Crabb (Jason), Matthew Spurlock, Kristin Barber and Justin Stone (Jessica); and her pet Barney. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (704 S High St, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the Calendar Mt. Orab Cemetery.
