With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert L. Drake of Sardinia, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Drake and Virginia Drake; his wife Beverly Faye Drake; his fiancée Annie Skaggs; his sister Nancy Schulz (Brett); and his niece Mary Helen York.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Drake (Shonda), James Drake (late Teresa) and Joyce Wells (Ralph); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Tucker (Bernie), Sheri Bechtel, Donnie Ann York, Ginger Cohen (Nathan), Jessica, Trinity, Christian Drake, Brittany Teremi-Wells (Griffin) and Brandon Drake (Sara).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2145 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
