He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Roy G Clegg and Dorothy Grace (Bolen) Clegg Sattler; spouse: Shirley (Pfalzgraf) Clegg and Barbera Grey Gautschi Ash Clegg; children: Pamela (Les) Zills and Charles Clegg, Jr; brothers: Roy Clegg, Arthur Clegg, Henry (Janet) Clegg, and Earl Clegg; sisters: Wanda (Gary) Gilmore and Linda (Marlon) Workman; grandchildren: Cary (Chelsea) Wichterman, Zachary (Allie Alvstad), Chase (Ali) Wichterman, Nathaniel (Samantha) Zills, Zachary (Damara) Zills, Anna Zills, Robbie (Rachal) Clegg, Jordan Clegg, Tristan Clegg, Malorie (Scott) Schroeder, Shane Coleman, and Ryan Gautschi; great-grandchildren: Zayne, Zoey, Lainey, Ayla, Myles, Lillie, Zeke, Claire, Florence, Eleanor, Alyxandria, Calvin, Ronan, Rayden, Ripley, Carter, Arabella, Theo, Izzy, Adeline, Avery and Karsyn; other: Kim Weddle, Kevin Weddle, Tommy (cat), and Kimmy Harman; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sardis Church of Christ (37266 7th Ave, Sardis, OH 43946). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
