He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd D. Norris and Georgia Opal Young Norris; and his brother John Norris. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Norris (Nikki), Joey Norris, Jen Norris and Isaiah Norris; and his siblings, Tom Norris, Dave Norris, Vicki Norris and Scott Norris.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM.
