He is survived by: his parents, Howard Applegate and Margaret Hamilton Applegate; his children, Clay Applegate (Madison), Bobbie Ford (Guy) and Kayla Horsely (Justin); his brothers, Doug Applegate (Robin) and Bryan Applegate (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Zola, Onyx, Cole, Miranda and Kaylee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
