We bid farewell to David Allen Belveal of Sciotoville, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 1, 2025 at the age of 28. David Allen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Mark Belveal; his sister Chelsey Belveal; and his grandparents, Frank Rollins, David Belveal and Kay Belveal.
He is survived by: his mother Dee Rollins Tibbs; his stepfather William Tibbs; his grandmother Sherri Rollins; his brothers, Cody Belveal (Katie) of West Portsmouth and Dalton Tibbs of Sciotoville; his aunt Stacy Sparks; and his nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Coraline, Kodie and Caiden. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) (5951 Gallia St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
