She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Ricks and Edna Ricks (Hafer); her husband Charles P. Risner; and her siblings, Naomi Rose, Darrell Ricks, Marvin Ricks, Buford Ricks, Clinton Ricks, Norman Ricks and Jim Ricks.

She is survived by: her children, David Hazelbaker of Rosemount, Kay Bates of Sciotoville and Linda Sue Johnson of Indian Mound, TN. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to SOMC Hospice 2501 25th St., Portsmouth, OH 45662.
