He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Tolbert (Salyers); his daughter Clara Williams of Chillicothe, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jasmine Williams and Jonathan Williams (Little Willie); and his siblings, Clara Pelfrey (Paul) of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Carl "Dave" Tolbert (Nita) of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, countless friends.
