He is survived by: his wife Jessica Page Delaney; his daughters, Brynlee Page Delaney and Maddison Mechelle Woodrow; his mother Sherri Soals (Billy) of Oak Hill, OH.; his mother-in-law Dena Moneypenny of Sciotoville, OH.; and his siblings, Jessica Leigh Fields (James) of Oak Hill, OH, Tiffany Guerrero (Tony) of Sciotoville, OH, Mary Carver (Jerry) of Sciotoville, OH., Charles Staton of Gallipolis, OH, James Woodruff (Lisa) of New Boston, OH and Sean Moneypenny (Melissa) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 11 nephews and 4 nieces. 3 grandmothers an two grandfathers and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
