She is survived by: her children, Gail Wallace (Rick) of Richmond, KY, Kathy Fankell of Wheelersburg and David Adams (Jill) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, John Wallace (Larette Latham), Kelly Livers (Bruce), John Fankell, Kristen Thacker (Duane), Stefanie Fankell (Danny Sparks), Sierra Adams and Courtney Adams; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Chase Livers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
