He is survived by: his sons, Mark Frazie (Kimberly) and Todd Frazie; his grandson Leon Frazie; and his brothers, David Frazie (Kim), Danny Frazie (Lynn), Jeff Frazie and Dino Frazie (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
