He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tarlton (Delno) of Scott; his children, Joe Tarlton (Renee) of Scott and Kendra Wessell (Dave) of Ohio City; his grandchildren, Marcus Tarlton (Courtney), Olivia Tarlton, Abigail Tarlton, Luke Wessell and Nya Wessell; his brother Scott Tarlton of Scott; his aunt Irene "Susie" Thomas (late John) of Van Wert; and his nieces, Kandi Stripe and Mandi Dangler.
