He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles'Chuck'Halliwill Halliwill and Virginia Halliwill (Jarmen). He is survived by: his daughters, Harley Halliwill of Scott, Ohio and Kamara Halliwill of Scott, Ohio; his siblings, Jeff Halliwill, Tonica Harvey (Scott) and Teresa Halliwill; and his stepmother Patsy Halliwill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post 0341 (114 S 1st St, Oakwood, OH 45873).
