Payne Fowler; his sister Belinda Blankenship (Jack) of Huntington; his children, Bryan Fowler (Jody) of Woodlawn and Tiffany Fowler Bland (Caleb) of Willow Wood; his grandsons, Will Fowler (Lauren), Trevor and Cooper Bland; his aunts, Doris Wade and Sue Higgins Blagg; his uncle Larry Higgins; his cousin Caleb Bland; his son-in-law Teddy Payne; his brother-in-law Will Fowler; his grandson Wayne Taylo (Mark Wilson); and his cousin Connie Love. He is also survived by family, he leaves behind many extended Family members, His cherished Church Family and dear Friends.
