He is survived by: his close friend Drema Green Lewis; his children, Aaron Lewis (Kara) and Abbie Pannell (Brian); his brother Robert Lewis (Cindy); his grandchildren, McKenna, Walker, Lincoln, Olivia, Sara-Kate, Addison and Marli; his nieces, Courtney, Whitney and Nikki; his brother-in-law Steve Wolfe; and his pet Frank. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
