Keith A. Waugh Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith A. Waugh of Scottown, Ohio, born in Lynchburg, Ohio, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harlin Waugh (Dorthy Delawder Waugh); and his sister Phyllis Clary of Scottown, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Waugh (Reynolds); his children, Jessica Adkins (Brian) of Jackson and Billy Waugh; his granddaughter Emma Adkins; and his brother Hobert "Butch" Waugh of South Webster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and his four-legged friend.
