He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shoemaker; his children, Leslie Manthey and Amanda Shaw; his grandsons, Nathan Manthey, Bradley Manthey, Thomas Manthey, Braiden Shaw, Cameron Swiger and Caleb Shaw; and his siblings, Phyllis Webb and John Paul Shoemaker.
