She is survived by: her children, John Milburn and Kimberly Mingua (Robbie); her grandchildren, Tommy Milburn (Laura), Kathrine Chase (William) and Aiden Stapleton; her great grandchildren, Cecelia Chase, Mazikeen Chase, Harley Milburn, Greyson, Kolson, Arya and Khyson; her siblings, Norma Hasz (Bill), Terry Urton and Timothy Urton; and her husband Dennis.
