He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Singleton and Ruby Singleton (Boyd); and his siblings, Harry Singleton Jr., Danny Singleton, Brenda Day and Linda Bice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Singleton of Seaman, Ruth Anne Kimberly of Winchester, Tammy Helton (Gary) of Ashland, Judy Piatt (Larry) of Winchester and Dickie Singleton (Sherry) of West Union. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tranquility Community Church (141 Old State Rte 32, Peebles, OH 45660). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Tranquility Cemetery. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
Later in life, when confronted with aggressive, late-stage Parkinson's disease, he continued to show that same quiet grit that carried him through every season before.
