He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Singleton (Hodge) of Seaman; his daughters, Lisa Jo (Gary Applegate), JoBeth (Dale Rockey) and Tina Osman of Manchester; his siblings, Richard Singleton Sr. of West Union, Ronald of Seaman, Donald Singleton of Seaman, Judy Piatt of Seaman, Tammy Helton of Ashland, KY and Ruth Anne Kimberly of Winchester; his grandchildren, KyLee, Wyatt, Blaire and Judd; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Haidon.
