He is survived by: his son Dillon Raines of Georgetown, Ohio; his stepchildren, Alyssa Boggs (Shaun) of Bainbridge, Ohio and Colt Richmond (Leigh) of Manchester, Ohio; his granddaughter Tenley Raines; his brother Larry Raines (Jackie) of South Carolina; his aunts, Darlene Doyle and Bettie Raines; and his friend Rick.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Seaman United Presbyterian Church (17790 OH-247, Seaman, OH 45679).
