With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria J. Kurena of Sebring, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Russell J. Kurena; her son Scott J. Kurena; her parents, Florian Wyss and Freda Wyss (Owen); and her siblings, Janice Lane (Donald), Darylene McLaughlin (Jerry), Bonnie Smith, Roger Wyss and Dave Wyss.
She is survived by: her children, Gayla Wutrick (Dennis), Bryan Kurena (Bette) and Troy Kurena (Dana); her daughter-in-law Cindy Kurena; her sister-in-law Judy Wyss; and her great great grandchild Urban Lacerte. She is also survived by family, which includes nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
