He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Farnsworth (Paynter); his children, Shannon Blackmer (Joe), Joe Farnsworth (Jody), Linda Farnsworth Tusin, Jared, Justin, Jessica Farnsworth and Judi Farnsworth; his siblings, Tracy Buch (Lou) and Jeffrey Farnsworth (Sue); his grandchildren, Lacey, Aiden, Conner, Olivia, Audrey and Elaina; and his great grandchild Anthony. He is also survived by five nieces, and three nephews.
Instead of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Dean's Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
