We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2024, at the age of 89, Joyce H Billingsley (Sebring, Ohio), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce H Billingsley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sewell Ison and Helen Beeson Ison; and her husband Jay Richard "Dick" Billingsley. She is survived by : her children, Laura Brodie (Jim), Kate Mueller (Brad) and Paul Billingsley (Johanna); her grandchildren, Allison Pawluk (Matt), James Brodie (Karlie), Kurt Mueller, Jacob Mueller, Kayla Billingsley and Drew Billingsley; her great grandchildren, Davin, Brooklyn and James; her siblings, Gayle Ison Vancil (David), Ken Ison (Bobbi) and Neil Ison (Elizabeth); and her friends, Patricia Carrick (John) and Patricia Falk. She is also survived by children, Joyce's nieces and nephews.
