She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpheus Martin and Lily Price Martin; her husband Charles "Charley" Bell; her children, Janet Gordon, Robert Bell and William Bell; and her siblings, Hester Cellio and Raymond Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Bell of Austintown, Marlene Zeigler (David), John Bell (Debra) of Butler, OH, Gregory Bell (Lois) of Sharpsburg, GA, Brian Bell of Austintown and Kevin Bell of Huntsburg, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
