She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal E. Hawkins and Sarah B. Hawkins (Burgess); her husband William W. Campbell; her siblings, Sally Clark and John Hawkins; her grandsons, Adam and Billy; and her son-in-law Mike Milburn.
She is survived by: her children, Janice A. Fraraccio (David) of Alliance, Charles W. Campbell (Terri) of Sebring, John E. Campbell (Dorothy) of Beloit, Sally A. Reed (Pete) of Beloit and Kathleen A. Yeagley (Jerry) of Alliance. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
