He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Bailey and Ruth Bailey (Sickles); and his siblings, Bonnie Youngen, Betty West, Joann Robinson, Dale Bailey and Jack Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Bailey (Haller); his sister Linda Hockenberry; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Anne Bailey and Bud Haller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home and Cremation (126 W Vermont Ave, Sebring, OH 44672). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (126 W Vermont Ave, Sebring, OH 44672).
