She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Wanita Smith; her husband Kenneth A Warner; her grandson Larry Warner Jr.; and her siblings, Kenny Smith, Kathy Simpson, Shirley McCallister, Vicky Murphy, Floyd Smith and Donald Smith Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Larry Warner Sr., Tina Mellinger (Randy) and Glenn; her grandchildren, Christina A Warner, Randy Mellinger Jr. and Breann Barnes (Christian); her great grandchildren, Kenneth Warner and Autumn Warner; and her siblings, James Smith Sr. (Alyce) and Patty Penick (John).
