He is survived by: his wife Sally Pitzer; his sister Nancy Ann Burns (Al); his children, Stephanie Carmack (Scott), David Pitzer (Ashleigh) and Matthew Pitzer (Sara); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Josh Carmack, Christopher Pitzer, Addison, Colin, Julian, Miguel Pitzer and Claire Carpenter; his great grandchildren, Ryann Heilman and Jonah Carmack; Will Carpenter.
