He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Lee and Erma Lee (Andrews); his son Richard "Dickie" Lee; and his siblings, Sam Willis and Sara Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Amy, Esther, Ken (Nancy) and Rob. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
