He was predeceased by: his mother Christine; his nephew Austin; and his close friend Darrell. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Gorby; his children, Temperance Gorby, Tejay Sawyer Gorby and Zander Setlock; his siblings, Angel, Tommy, Steve, Ed and Bill; and his nieces and nephews, Ari, Tiyra, Alorah and Steven.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harvesting Hope (230 S 12th St, Sebring, OH 44672).
