Thomas LeRoy Sandoe Obituary
In loving memory of Thomas L Sandoe (Sebring, Ohio), born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on February 6, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Sandoe Jr. and Dorothy Ellen Rose Sandoe; his siblings-in-law, James Smith, John McDade, Robert "Dick" Wittway and Jenny Wittway; and his significant other Marie Evelyn McDade of Negley.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Reinhart of Beloit; his granddaughter Alyssa Reinhart (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Spencer and Willow of Salem; his grandsons, Jordan Wolford of Beloit and Morgan Tennis of Hartville; his son Kirk Sandoe (Pam); his grandchildren, Hailey Sandoe, Zakary Sandoe and Justin Sandoe of Lisbon; his siblings, Dorothy Smith, Mark Sandoe of Raleigh, Matthew and Clyde Sandoe; his sisters-in-law, Roberta Lintz and Judy Labor (Steve); his close friend Dora Sandoe; and also Ralph Barney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was also a member of the United States Navy, serving on the 1972-1973 cruise of the USS Oriskany. He was a jet mechanic and achieved the rank of E-3 and served as the head of corrosion control.
Any memorial contributions in Tom's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Alzheimer's and Dementia are vicious, cruel diseases that hopefully, someday, we can find a cure.
